Project Overview

This scenario-based microlearning module was designed for Telefónica employees to improve safe online behaviours and reduce cyber risks. Learners engage with realistic workplace scenarios—such as phishing emails, password management, multi-factor authentication, and remote work—making practical decisions in a safe environment with immediate, learner-focused feedback.

The module uses short, actionable scenarios to practise critical thinking and apply cybersecurity principles in day-to-day work without overwhelming learners with technical jargon.
