Project Overview

This scenario-driven microlearning module was designed for NVIDIA employees to introduce Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) principles through realistic workplace situations. The module focuses on helping learners recognise inclusive and non-inclusive behaviours and practise respectful decision-making in everyday interactions.

Instead of theory-heavy content, learners engage with short scenarios, interactive exercises, and immediate feedback to encourage reflection and practical application in a fast-paced work environment.
