I designed a short, scenario-based microlearning module for care home staff to reduce medication errors in real-world settings. Instead of policy-heavy content, the module focuses on realistic decisions, immediate feedback, and practical actions staff can apply during everyday medication administration.

Learners practise applying the Five Rights of Medication Administration and follow correct UK care home reporting procedures through guided scenarios—building confidence without putting residents at risk.
